Question: Will your system work in places like Canada?

Answer: Yes. I have many satisfied customers in Canada who have ordered Paint Like a Pro. This system will work wherever their are houses and businesses to paint. Just as there are paint stores and painting contractors in every town there is work for you also.

Question: Are you a real painter or just a book seller?

Answer: I am both a real painter and a real book-seller. I started my painting business back in 1991 and have over 16 full years of on-the-job experience. I have also been in the publishing business since 1995 and an online business consultant since 2004.

Because I am a real painter I know how long it really takes to paint a door or a window (and the different types of doors and windows) as well as exterior projects. Because of this my estimating system is accurate.

Question: Are your figures for the amounts of money you have made featured on your site really true?

Answer: Yes they are. And they are not that incredible anyways. There are many self-employed painters that have made good money like the amounts shown on my site. That's the beauty of owning your own business.

Question: Do I need to be licensed and insured?

Answer: Each state is different. Some states don't require you to be licensed. In Michigan for example, there is a $700 legal limit (You can earn up to $700 per job without being licensed).

I show how to find out your own states guidelines in my manual. In Michigan a license costs around $100 to take the test and passing the test is not that hard if you study the materials before taking it. Plus if you fail the test you can always take it over.
